(Reuters) - Apple Inc's next iPhone modems use Intel chips Corp. (NASDAQ: INTC), replacing those manufactured by Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) Inc in some versions of the new smartphone, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
Intel modem chips are used in iPhones AT & T (NYSE: T) US Inc and some other smartphone versions for overseas markets, Bloomberg reported Friday. (Http://bloom.bg/21cyhtJ)
