FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Axel Springer said on Friday it had agreed to buy 93 percent of the US digital data analyst eMarketer market for about $ 242 million, continuing its movement in digital media.
The remaining shares will remain with the founders and management of the company.
The company had earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) from $ 13.5 million last year on $ 45.5 billion in sales.
